Michele is a graduate of the Yale PA program and has been a practicing PA 18 years. She created The Posh PA, her Pre-PA consulting business in 2019 and has helped thousands of students along their PA journey. Charmeen is a graduate of the inaugural PA class at Campbell University and is currently a practicing PA in Ob/GYN. She also received a Masters in Exercise Science prior to PA school. She has been part of the Posh PA team for 3 years and has a passion for helping students get into the PA School of their dreams. She has helped hundreds of students on their journey to PA school.

Silvia graduated with a Masters in Health Sciences from Lock Haven PA program in Pennsylvania. She specializes in urgent care, internal medicine and pediatric neurology. Silvia has been helping pre-PAs in her community for years get accepted to PA school and recently joined the Posh PA team in 2023. She is well versed in all types of applicants and is bilingual.
