Meet Michele Neskey, PA-C
Michele is a dedicated Physician Assistant with over 15 years of experience, specializing in hematology and oncology. A Yale PA program graduate, she spent a rewarding decade in Miami before settling in Charleston, South Carolina.
In 2019, Michele founded The Posh PA, providing comprehensive application assistance and personalized coaching to aspiring PAs. Her passion lies in guiding students through the complexities of the PA journey, celebrating their successes as they receive acceptance letters and land dream jobs.

Meet Erich Fogg, PA-C
Erich Fogg brings 25 years of experience to the PA profession. His journey began at Springfield College, leading to his acceptance into Emory University's PA program in the early 1990s. He has extensive experience in emergency medicine, having worked in both rural Georgia and New England.
Erich has served as a faculty member, PA Program Director, and has held numerous leadership roles on national PA boards and committees. He founded a CME company for PAs and NPs, through which he has educated thousands of providers and administered over 100 CME programs.
Currently, Erich is the lead clinical provider, hiring manager, and Director of Walk-In Services at a community hospital in southern Maine. He is passionate about mentoring and helping aspiring PAs achieve their goals as part of the Posh PA team.
